How to manage your VUMI policy online

We always recommend to clients that they have access to their VUMI client portal so that they can see upcoming renewals, prior payments, make a payment, file a claim, and download any of their client documents.

The easiest way to get set up in the portal is to email us to look up your policy ID and reset your password for you.

To find your policy ID, check for an email from VUMI “shipping@vumigroup.com” titled “Welcome Kit”
