You will need your policy number to complete the process. For a policy cancellation, VUMI has recently been asking our clients for a statement from the client stating their intention to cancel, and a reason why. If you send this to Jason, he can start the process for you.
If we need any other information to process your policy cancellation we will inform you.
Do note that VUMI charges a penalty for cancellation after the free look period, please review your up to date certificate of coverage to view contract details as this information can change. You can find this in your welcome kit, or renewal kit.
