How to manage your Allianz policy online

Allianz Worldwide offers its clients an online portal of digital services for members called MyHealth. Log in to your member area in MyAllianz here.

If you have never logged in to your portal, you will first need to register. Simply enter your policy number, which can be found on the welcome email you first received when you began your policy, your date of birth, and the first three letters of your surname (last name). Reach out to us at at claims@expatinsurance.com if you are unable to find your policy number.

From there, you can update your information in your profile, make premium payments, schedule recurring payments with a credit card, electronic check, or bank account, and consult details of your insurance policy.
