Information on changing your health policy

In order to make adjustments to your policy you will need the following:

1. Policy Number and company name

2. Credit card information (CC number, expiration date, security code, billing address)

3. Email address

4. Policy adjustments (deductible increase/decrease, exclusion removal, etc)

Our team will explain the process of making changes to your policy. In most cases, the insurer requires a simple form filled out with the changes, and signed by both the client and insurance agent. We do have an online digital signature service, so you won't need to print/sign/scan anything.
