How to cancel your policy with your Expat Insurance broker

Information on how to cancel your health insurance policy

If you wish to cancel your policy please contact Jason Wellner in our support staff. He can be reached at +1 (312) 358-8136 via SMS or WhatsApp, and can be emailed at jason.w@expatinsurance.com.

You will need your policy number and insurance company name to complete the process. If we need any other information to process your policy cancellation, we will inform you. Do note that all insurers charge a penalty for cancellation after the free look period, so if you have any questions related to canceling your policy, feel free to reach out to the support team: team@expatinsurance.com.

Do note that most insurers have a 30% penalty on unused premium unless cancelled within the first few weeks of the policy.
