Accessing your online VUMI portal
How to manage your VUMI policy online
We always recommend that our clients have access to their VUMI client portal so that they can see upcoming renewals, prior payments, make a payment, file a claim, and download any of their client documents.
The easiest way to get set up in the portal is to send us an email so we can look up your policy ID and reset your password for you.

If you are tech savvy and wish to do it on your own, visit https://myvumiportal.com/. The first time you attempt to log in, you will need to request a password. Click the link below LOGIN, enter your policy number, and a new password will be sent to the email address you entered on your application.
To find your policy ID, check for an email from VUMI “firstname.lastname@example.org” titled “Welcome Kit”.
