In order to file a claim, first email us at support@expatinsurance.com. Let us know what is happening so that we can make sure you get your claim processed correctly.
Claims are reported and filed in the Allianz MyHealth portal. Log in here, or get the app for Android or iPhone.
You can also call Allianz at +353 1 630 1301 and email medical.services@allianzworldwidecare.com. It is important to send an email in a timely manner, so that there is a paper-trail in case of any confusion down the road.
