Renew or change a policy
If you have registered a credit card with Cigna, then you will automatically be billed on the renewal date of your policy. If you have not registered a credit card with Cigna then you will need to log into Cigna's Customer Area to process your payment. If you are unsure if you have registered a credit card, you can always check in the Customer Area, or feel free to reach out to support@expatinsurance.com for assistance.
All you will need is your email address and password to access your account. If you have forgotten your password you will be able to request a reset at the login screen in the Customer Area. Once you are ready to process the payment go to Cigna's Customer Area and select which plan you have. Most of our clients will have a Global Individual Policy, but if you are unsure which to select you can email support@expatinsurance.com for help. Once you have selected the type of plan you have you will be prompted to enter your account information.
If you would like to make a change to your Cigna plan please contact suppoprt@expatinsurance.com to request the change. Some changes are very straightforward and only require a quick form. However, increasing benefits to your Cigna plan will more than likely require underwriting again which means Cigna has the opportunity to deny or exclude health history.
