Filing an appeal
If you believe that IMG denied a health claim in error, you may make an appeal. Please send us an email to let us know of your intention to file an appeal. To start the process, log in to your MyIMG portal. Select My Claims from the Claims dropdown menu.
Select the claim you wish to dispute from the list of claims to show claim details. To submit an appeal to a denied claim or any claim that you feel wasn’t paid out correctly, click “Submit Appeal” to explain your reasons for the appeal.
Please note that an appeal can take up to 90 days to process.
