About six weeks before your policy is set to expire, GeoBlue will send you an email (if your email address is on file, which is usually the case) indicating that your policy is due to expire.
You can re-enroll their policy by signing in to your Member Hub or mobile app. (If they haven't registered and created a username and password, they must do this first. See our article for help managing your policy online.)
Once signed in, you will be able to review your plan and update your contact information and payment information, if necessary.
Click on the RENEW POLICY link for a quick and convenient renewal.
If you have any questions, you can contact GeoBlue customer support via phone at 855.481.6647 or 610.254.5850 or via email at renewals@geo-blue.com.
